  • If you have any issues with the quality of the service, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the service and we will make every effort to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.

Physical Items:

  • For physical items, such as pens and notebooks, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of delivery.
  • If you are not satisfied with the product, please contact us to initiate a return. The product must be returned in its original packaging and in the same condition as received.
  • Once we receive the product, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

Stripe Compliance:

  • We comply with Stripe’s policy regarding refunds and chargebacks.
  • If a customer initiates a chargeback, we will work with Stripe to resolve the issue.
